VAUDE [fau'de] stands for carefree adventures in nature. The outdoor brand offers innovative, high-quality products and services for mountain sports and cycling. Founded in 1974, the family-owned company takes responsibility for people and the planet through an EMAS-certified environmental management system and a science-based Net Zero climate strategy validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The majority of VAUDE's products meet the criteria of the Green Shape® environmental standard. As a member of Fair Wear, VAUDE is committed to upholding high social standards and improving working conditions throughout its supply chain. A selection of products is manufactured at the company's own production facility at its headquarters in Tettnang, southern Germany.
