Registering

If you have a shop and you are not yet a customer with us, you can applyvia the contact form or call us at the office. 
We will provide our existing customers with a personal log-in and password.

Contact the office here we will be happy to help you with any changes.

Can I change my password?

Via the button "password forgotten" you can request a new password, which you will receive in the mail linked to your Hike-A-Way account. Also check your spam folder.

What products can I order online?

Woolpower, Light My Fire, Häago, Sunski, Firepot, Silva, Grangers, Chimpanzee and Fabsil. For our other brands, please contact the contact point found on the brands page.

Shipment and returns

Provided stock, order will be processed within 24h.

Our shipments are handled by GLS.

What are my transport costs?

For orders under €150, we charge a cost of:

€9.50 binnen België.
€10.50 binnen Nederland en Luxemburg

Shipments over €150 are shipped free of charge, backorders are shipped postage-free.

2-3 working days, if product in stock.

Een product retour sturen is alleen mogelijk als je dit binnen de wettelijke bedenktijd doet. Het is wettelijk zo bepaald dat dit binnen 14 dagen na aankoop kan.

Payment

Invoice will be sent after delivery via mail.

Payment term 30 days as stated on you invoice.
