Primus is an iconic Swedish brand that has been developing reliable and innovative cooking solutions since 1892 for people who love the outdoors and exploring the world. What began with the invention of the world’s first smokeless paraffin burner has grown into a global symbol of reliability, functionality and adventure.

For example, Primus was used during the first successful ascent of Mount Everest in 1953 and on countless expeditions to the North and South Poles. Product development takes place in-house in Stockholm, whilst production is carried out within Europe at the company’s own factory in Estonia.
