In 1974, over a laundrette near Manchester, 2 friends hatched a plan to make functional and affordable raincoats for the sailing mark for those on a budget. The Sprayway brand began. Although John and Simon are polar opposites, they complement each other perfectly professionally. John focuses on the marketing and the products and creates jackets with a perfect fit, functional properties in the best material at affordable prices. A standard that still applies today for every finished product. Simon ensures an operationally flawless course with excellent customer service. Simple things in the Sprayway DNA that have shaped the brand to this day.
